WellLed - Specialised leadership training for workplace wellbeing (sexual harassment)

For executives/people leaders (also suitable to be adapted for board briefings)

Traditionally, sexual harassment training has focused primarily on what constitutes sexual harassment and its effects on those experiencing it and witnessing it at work. The definition and consequences of sexual harassment are crucial, but implementing meaningful and sustained change that reduces workplace harm requires a more comprehensive approach.

A key objective of WellLed is to go beyond compliance and legal requirements and provide practical, actionable leadership strategies to prevent and respond to sexual harassment. In particular, the program aims to support leaders gain a deeper understanding of the drivers of sexual harassment, and provide evidence-based tools to effectively manage and reduce incidences of workplace harm.

As part of this approach, WellLed helps to enhance preventative measures by working with leaders to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, enhance skills in creating environments that reduce the likelihood of sexual harassment (and other workplace harm), and understand how to respond to incidents in a trauma-informed manner, assisting to reduce further harm and the building of a healthy reporting culture.
